Outdoor Work Hours Party! Archery Range & Grounds debris cleanup are scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 8 A.M. Many trees in both areas were heavily damaged by the winter ice storms. 2009 Club Mowing Bid Request: CSC is still accepting bids for the annual Club grounds mowing services. The grounds include 5 shooting ranges, archery range & trails, clubhouse area, and other areas. Requirements include regularly scheduled mowing & related trimming, selected additional mowing & trimming as required for special events, and having commercial quality equipment. GUN SHOW
The CSC semi-annual gun show is scheduled for the April 4 & 5 weekend in the Clubhouse. Show times are:
Saturday, April 4, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. & Sunday, April 5, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Work Party Dates are set for Friday, April 3, 9:00 a.m. till done for building cleanup, Show setup, Dealer setup; and Sunday, April 5, after the show closes, for Show takedown, help Dealer’s move out, building cleanup, etc. Work Hour Credits will be given.

Desserts (Pies & Cakes ONLY) are also needed for the Show Kitchen. Work Hour Credits will be given for help and desserts (3/4 hour per dessert provided). Make sure your desserts are in containers you do not want back.

are casual center-fire off-hand rifle matches at 50 meters for rifles with open
sights and pre-1964 military bolt action repeaters. The next match is March 14th.

TEMPORARILY AWAY/NEW ADDRESS/NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS
ALL MEMBERS: It
is your responsibility to make sure that the Club has your current home
address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc., for you to continue receiving
your monthly newsletter and any other important communications.
1. Monthly CSC newsletters cost $ .33 each to print and $ .26 each to “bulk mail” out.
2. The USPS WILL NOT HOLD NOR FORWARD any “Bulk Mail” items when they are or are not notified of an address change or any ‘temporary mail hold’ by the postal customer. These items are marked ‘return to sender’ and include the monthly CSC newsletters.
3. Returned newsletters are marked “POSTAGE DUE” and cost $ .42 each (First Class Postage) to retrieve from the USPS/Post Office. The Club is averaging 2 or 3 per month.
“TEMPORARILY AWAY” – individual is on an extended vacation, gone for the winter, or out of town for an extended job assignment.
“MOVED TO A NEW ADDRESS” – is self-explanatory.
4. Members that receive their monthly newsletter “VIA E-MAIL” must also notify the Club Webmaster when their e-mail address changes to avoid the dreaded “Unable to Deliver” notice.
