retain your 2nd Amendment Rights, then you need to help make sure
these ANTI 2ND AMENDMENT (ANTI-GUN) Candidates are NOT ELECTED to
any State or Federal Office.
REMEMBER: REGISTER TO VOTE and
VOTE – November 2nd.
SPECIAL NOTICES
NEW RANGE RULES SIGNS have been posted on ALL RANGES. Please pay attention and follow the rules. Rules violations will not be tolerated. Let’s keep everyone, both shooters and non-shooters, safe.
The Club is now sanctioned to hold ATA Shoots at least twice a year. During these shoots Range #1 will have to be CLOSED for safety reasons.
The Board also had a SAFETY discussion regarding Range #1. The present Range setup, especially the western end, has some potential for user injury. The Board determined that user input is needed before any physical changes are proposed or made. The Board is thinking of moving this area closer to the railroad tracks, replacing and/or expanding backstops and safety berms, putting in marked 25,50,75, & 100 yard shooting zones for the various events that currently use this range. The Board needs your ideas and input. Walt Stroyeck is the primary contact person for your comments. His phone is (815) 452-2667.
The ANNUAL CLUB ELECTIONS are scheduled for Tuesday, November 9, @ 6:30 p.m. The office of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and 5 Directors seats are to be elected at this meeting. If you are interested in running for any of these positions, please let any of the current Officers/Directors know. The Officers telephone numbers are listed at the end of this newsletter.
